About Pages

Pages and Database

All sites currently use "Pages". These are just, well, pages of text that comprise the site.

Some sites also have Database sections based on things that are a part of the system for that site.
For example - Classes, Monsters, Equipment, Magic Items. Where these exist, use these and not pages.

Statblocks

Many database pages have a statblock at the beginning.

Do Not Edit or Change These Things:

• Page Permalink/URL (this WILL break every link to that page)
• Page Slug (these are used by some of our internal database systems)

Moving Pages

• Moving pages (selecting a new parent page) is discouraged, as it will break links to that page and mess up our Google indexing.
• Do NOT do it unless you really know what you're doing and how to clean it up.
